Do I need to change my phone number?

No. We set up a forwarding number that sits in front of your existing number. Your number stays the same — we just add the missed call layer on top. Customers dial your normal number as always.

What if I answer the call — does it still fire an SMS?

The system is smart enough to only fire when a call goes genuinely unanswered. If you pick up, nothing happens. If the call drops to voicemail or rings out, the SMS fires automatically.

Do I need a new website for the chatbot?
